Progress on the Chain Reaction Afghan (crochet)

I've finished two new squares since the last time I posted about this scrap blanket. First, "Intertwining Loops" by Victoria Hewerdine Thornton (I'm thinking of backing this one, since it'll provide so little warmth):

Then, "Snow at Midnight", by Marion Braum:

Hi Jessica,

Those granny squares are lovely. I'm working on a Yo-yo afghan; it's my first long term crochet project (and my first afghan).

I especially love the blue with the white lacy type design, so pretty!
